Free assessment
Submitting a request allows us to review the information and contact you about it. It does not create a paid engagement or authorize us to take action in your platform account. We aim to respond within one business day.
Paid services and payment
If we believe we can help, we supply a fixed quote and engagement terms for your approval before starting paid work. A removal fee is payable only after confirmed removal under that agreement. No removal means no removal fee. Specific scope, partial outcomes, reinstatement, and any other engagement conditions must be agreed in writing. No payment is collected through this website.
Platform decisions
Google and Trustpilot decide whether content violates their rules and whether to remove it. We do not guarantee eligibility, a particular timeline, rating changes, more customers, or increased sales. A negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit fabricated evidence, impersonate another person, or use this service to suppress legitimate criticism. Tell us about previous reports or parallel requests that could affect the case.
Illustrations and independent status
Visual demonstrations and profiles on this site are fictional and explanatory. The rating calculator uses simple arithmetic and is not a Trustpilot TrustScore calculator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Trustpilot. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation.
